Unlimited! Whether you need to report a change of address, change your position within your company, or have a new phone number, you can also update the branding of your digital business card as often as you like in your own CardStudio.
Is downloading and using the ScanCard app completely free?
Yes, and that will remain the case. When your company subscribes to a ScanCard, you can add your employees to the app. The application is free to download for Android or iOS. Using the ScanCard app is also completely free and very sustainable.
What can I configure from my corporate identity at ScanCard?
At ScanCard, personalization truly means personalization. You can design your digital business card in CardStudio by adding a logo and icons. Of course, you can also change the text color. All you need is creativity. We'll take care of the rest.
My company has multiple locations. Can I create multiple locations?
Of course! Doing business in the broadest sense of the word starts with ScanCard. You can create as many locations as you like in the app.
How can I upgrade my subscription to multiple ScanCards?
Need an upgrade? We've got you covered. You can easily do that in the CardStudio management environment. Just go to Account → My Subscription.
My employee has lost their personal code for the app. Can I send them a new code?
Don't panic. We've got your back! If you've lost your personal code, you can easily reset it. The employee will then immediately receive a new code via email. You can reset the code via CardStudio or the ScanCard app.
I also want to use the QR codes for other purposes. Can I download a QR code?
That's certainly possible. If you want to use your QR code business card for other purposes, you can download it as a PDF or JPG. Simply download it from the CardStudio environment.
How can I view my invoices?
For a business, there's probably nothing more important than...invoices, of course! At ScanCard, we understand that. You can find your subscription invoices clearly organized in CardStudio. Go to Account → Invoices.
My logo has a white background in the app. How can I prevent that?
Want to avoid a white logo background on your sustainable business card? Uploading a PNG file is the best option.
I've lost my login password. Can I set a new one?
We all lose things sometimes. Forgotten the password you use to log in to your ScanCard account? Easily set a new one at account.scancard.nl .
My 30-day free trial has expired. How can I upgrade my subscription?
Of course, you don't want your 30-day trial to end. That always happens just before that important meeting. Want to upgrade your subscription so you can continue using our digital business cards? Log in to your ScanCard account. Follow the steps and you'll be up and running again in no time!
I can't log out of the app. Why is that?
That's right! Once you enter your code, you'll stay logged in. So you only need to complete the process once to have permanent access to your QR code business card.
I'd like to use ScanCard for more than 100 employees in my company. Is that possible?

Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
No, unfortunately, monthly payments aren't possible. With ScanCard, you can only pay for your subscription annually.
Can I also downgrade my subscription?
Upgrading or downgrading? No problem at all with ScanCard. Downgrading your subscription is easy in the CardStudio environment. Just go to Account → My Subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
If you no longer wish to use your digital business card, you can cancel your subscription at any time in the CardStudio management environment. To do so, go to Account → My Subscription.
