How often can I change the digital business card?
Unlimited! Whether you want to report a change of address, change position within your company or have a new telephone number. Do you want to change the corporate identity of your digital business card? You can also do this as often as you want in your own CardStudio.
Is downloading and using the ScanCard app completely free?
Yes and it will remain that way. When your company takes out a ScanCard subscription, you can add employees to the app. The application can be downloaded for free for Android or iOS. Using the ScanCard app is of course also completely free and very sustainable.
What can I set in my corporate identity at ScanCard?
At ScanCard, personalization really means personalization. You can design your digital business card in the CardStudio by adding a logo and icons. Of course you can also change the text color. All you need is creativity. We do the rest.
My company has multiple locations. Can I create multiple locations?
Naturally! Entrepreneurship in the broadest sense of the word starts with ScanCard. You can create as many branches as you want in the app.
How can I upgrade my subscription to multiple ScanCards?
Do you need an upgrade? We have also thought of that. You can do this very easily in the CardStudio management environment. To do this, go to Account → My Subscription.
My employee has lost his personal code for the app. Can I send a new code?
Don't panic. We've got your back! If you have lost your personal code, you can easily reset it. The employee will then immediately receive a new code by email. You can reset the code via the CardStudio, but also via the ScanCard app.
I also want to use the QR codes for other purposes. Can I download a QR?
That's certainly possible. If you also want to use your QR code business card for other purposes, you can download it in PDF or JPG. Simply via the CardStudio environment.
How can I view my invoices?
Perhaps nothing is as important to a company as...an invoice of course! At ScanCard we understand that. You will find the invoices for your subscriptions clearly organized in the CardStudio. Go to Account → Invoices.
In the app my logo has a white background. How can I prevent that?
Do you want to avoid a white logo background in your sustainable business card? Then it is best to upload a PNG file.
I have lost my password to log in. Can I set a new password?
We all lose something sometimes. Do you no longer remember which password you use to log in via your ScanCard account? Then simply set up a new one via account.scancard.nl .
My 30 -day free trial period has expired. How can I upgrade my subscription?
Of course you don't want your 30 -day trial period to end. That always happens just for that important meeting. Do you want to upgrade your subscription so that you can continue to use our digital business cards? Then log in to your Scancard account. Follow the steps and you will be up & running again!
I cannot log out of the app. Why is that so?
That's right! Once you have entered your code, you will remain logged in. So you only have to go through the process once to have access to your QR code business card forever.
I would like to use ScanCard for more than 100 employees within my company. Is that possible?

Can I also pay monthly instead of annually?
No, monthly payment is unfortunately not possible. At ScanCard you can only pay annually for your subscription.
Can I also downgrade my subscription?
Upgrade or downgrade? No problem at all with ScanCard. You can easily downgrade your subscription in the CardStudio environment. To do this, go to Account → My Subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Do you no longer wish to use your digital business card? You can then cancel your subscription at any time in the CardStudio management environment. To do this, go to Account → My Subscription.
